Once you have had your first Reiki attunement you will be able to use Reiki healing techniques on yourself.

Learning Reiki for yourself can be quite life changing. You will notice your self change on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. You become more relaxed and at peace with who you are and the world you live in.

Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.

We follow the Mikao Usui tradition of Reiki Healing. There is much history to Reiki and how it has come to be used the world over for healing, for both self and others. It has five basic principals which are

Just for today
I shall respect all life

Just for today
I shall count all my blessings
